So, there are many parks in Bucharest. It was one of the first things I loved about the place after I moved here from my Brasov almost two years ago.
Then, probably the thing I love most about Bucharest (and I’ve said this before) are the old streets and buildings.
Even though I haven’t seen all the parks and streets in the capital yet (who has, anyway?), I like walking around and staring at buildings, parks, trees, streets, doors, windows and even people.
I did this yesterday, once again. With Alexandra, my friend who takes some really beautiful photos and likes to get lost in the city, just like I do. We walked around Cotroceni and when I looked at all those beautiful, unique and extremely stylish houses I understood once and for all why everyone told me to visit this neighbourhood, ever since I moved to Bucharest.
We took some photos, of course. I mean, Alexandra took some photos. I was just happening to be there.
And we have many more photos in mind, with all those amazing houses that really make me feel like home here.
You really have to get lost in Bucharest once in a while
